Clinical Trials Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Trials Administrator to join our busy clinical team covering a team member who will be away on maternity leave.

Based in our Cardiff office, the successful candidate will support the clinical team by ensuring that Trial Master Files are organised, maintained and complete. The job will involve maintenance of both paper and electronic TMFs, collating and filing study documents.

The job will also include coordinating and supporting the team with a wide range of administrative functions relating to clinical studies and operations.

Candidates for this position must have a scientific background and substantial administrative experience including knowledge of regulatory documents and medical terminology. Previous experience in clinical operations is essential.

We are looking for a candidate who is organised and can demonstrate the ability to work well with detail and work independently, and without close supervision, producing high-quality work in a timely manner.

Previous experience with eTMFs is highly desirable.
